The Mother’s Breath

This is a very simple breath practice that I recommend for centering yourself and grounding if you are feeling off-balance.    Begin by inhaling to the inner count of seven.  When you have inhaled hold for the count of one.  Exhale to the count of seven and again hold for one.  7-1-7-1. Continue this breath as long as needed.  I recommend to practice this a few minutes day until it becomes natural.

 

I’m Here, I’m Home

Another very simple breath practice to help you come back to yourself especially when you are under stress.  It can be practiced anywhere.  The in breath is to the words “I am here” the out breath is to “I am home”.
